Application Instroduction
APPLICATION SHORTCUT
When the Simplicity application has been successfully installed then you will have a shortcuts for each dev, test and production system that has been selected during this process. Click on Simplicity icon as below to startup the application.
SIMPLICITY SPLASH SCREEN
Whilst Simplicity is starting up you will be presently with the splash screen below. There are several things that go on behind the scenes during this startup process including checking and downloading application and configuration updates, downloading of cache files and checking security and accesibility rules.
SECURITY ACCESS RULES
Just because an application has been installed on a users machine doesn't automatically grant rights to that user to access Simplicity. Where access hasn't been granted then you will be presented with a prompt as below. Once a user has been granted access rights then this screen will not appear.
SIMPLICITY TOOLBAR
When a user successfully logs onto the application then they will be presented with the Simplicity Toolbar.
SAMPLE STARTUP MENUS
Simplicity users can be setup to be presented with a different startup menus based on their roles and responsibilities.

MENU SIDEBAR ICONS
The sidebar icons as illustrated provide the means to show or hide all Simplicity forms. This is useful functionality for any users with busy desktops with many concurrent windows and applications open at the same time.

ACCESSING ABOUT SIMPLICITY
The Simplicity about form can be accessed from the help menu found at the bottom of every forms side bar.
ABOUT FORM
The about screen provides useful summary and diagnostical information about the Simplicity session you are running.
