Since Simplicity's inception we have been dedicated to producing high quality, robost and reusable components.

This philosophy started from the begining of Simplicity's journey over a decade ago when it's founding members sat around a blank sheet of paper to work out how to change the CRM, Marketing and Loyalty world.

Questioned and Answered.

A very deliberate seperation was created between, the questions of what we need to do, what our opportunities are, the issues our industry faces, from the technologies and services that may be required in delivering these.

This fundamental decision has resulted in choices not being made around what is easy or hard to achieve or even around the technologies that were presently used but around producing a product suite that answers the questions in the marketplace and the tools that would be required to realise these opportunities.

The job of creating a robust, flexible and scalable solution went about and Simplicity was created.

All Simplicity implementations run on the same code base with system configuration options allowing for changes at all levels of the technology stack.

The configuration model allows for all good ideas that you may configure for one implementation to be rolled through some or all of your implementations with a few simple steps.
