Running an Execution Plan

The execution plan can be run at anytime by opening the execution plan and clicking the Execute Plan icon.

Click the Yes button to confirm the manual process of the execution plan.

Click OK when the Execution complete notification message appears.

The processed records can be previewed in the data load table(s).

Open some of the processed records from the entity search list to check the data has been loaded as expected.

Data imported into the data load tables that require regular processing into the data base can be automated to run at specified intervals. See Execution Plans on how to create an execution plan.

Open the Execution Plan. Click on the Publish to XML icon.

Save the xml file to the desired location.

The xml file can now be included in run as a scheduled task. Your Account Manager or Simplicity Training Agent will provide the necessary instruction on how to set up a scheduled task according to your Simplicity application requirements.
